Riboflavin Innocross - R™

Innocross – R™ Riboflavin solution is used for the corneal collagen cross-linking procedure. The Riboflavin protects the eye against the UV-A light applied during the corneal cross-linking procedure and initializes the formation of collagen cross-links. IROC Innocross recommends using the Innocross-R for all corneal collagen cross-linking procedures. Innocross-R is offered as sterile solutions, packaged in 2ml syringes, ready to use.

Innocross - R™ is available as:

Innocross - R™ Isotonic – Riboflavin 5-phosphate (0.1%) plus 20% Dextran T500 in 2ml syringes. Innocross - R™ Isotonic is the standard isotonic riboflavin solution for corneal cross-linking.
Innocross - R™ Hypotonic – Riboflavin 5-phosphate (0.1%) in 2ml syringes. Innocross - R™ Hypotonic is the hypoosmolar riboflavin solution which is used to swell thin corneas by osmotic action.
